DetailsDescription: The executables cancel, lp, lpr, lprm, lpstat, lpoptions in /usr/bin should be contained in the package libcups, not in the server package cups. At present, one must install the server package cups, to be able to print from the command line.

This task depends upon
libcups is used by 3rd party apps and if you want to print from command line install the additional cups package with all the rest. Feel free to
fix the docs in our wiki.
