Details

Description: just updated the whole OS a few days ago , since then my firefox gets crashed every 10 minutes when i run it via proxychains . proxychains just shows a Segmentation Fault on the terminal .

Additional info:
proxychains version : proxychains-ng-4.7-1
tor version : tor-0.2.4.21-3
firefox version : firefox-28.0-1

Reproduced here.

Using torsocks + firefox doesn't yield the problem here, please confirm it.

If that is also the case for you, I'd suggest to report to proxychains-ng upstream.

i just wrote the main packages which i used directly .
also i should say that , when i open (6 and more) tabs , after 10 minutes this seg-fault happens.
there could be a possibility , some other library cause this crash . anyway i just wanted to infrom such crash ;)

There's no way this is a bug in tor itself, because other processes only talk to it via TCP/UDP and it's their fault if they crash.

yes you're right . so , seems that proxcychains-ng-4.7-1 is the main problem .
