When in PKGBUILD url='' is part with # hash, the part isn't showed/linked in AUR
for example ruby-bootstrap-sass package:
PKGBUILD: url='http://getbootstrap.com/css/#sass'

This is a bug in the PKGBUILD parser -- will no longer occur when using metadata.
