Detailsjsoncpp doesn't have a pkg-config script and is placed in a non-obvious directory (jsoncpp prefix).
I've attached a patch to generate a pkg-config file. |

pkg-config files belong upstream. There's little value in creating them at the distro level.
pkgconfig-generation.diff
