Description:
With 3.14 a performance regression for the tun adapter was introduced, which renders the tun adapter barely unusable.

Steps to reproduce:
Use openvpn with a tun adapter and performance will be abysmal (~20kb/s / ~240kbit/s).

Solution:
Please add commit 53d6471cef17262d3ad1c7ce8982a234244f68ec as a patch to the linux-package.
