Description:

Regardless how i try, it seems impossible to save anything created with this (except with the PDF exporter); trying to save triggers a popup "Saving as a *unknown* may result in some loss of formatting. Do you still want to save in this format?", but confirming launches a new popup ("Missing export filter: Could not export file. Did you specify the correct file format?"), not even to it's native format.

To reproduce: create new document, do whatever, try to save.

Installed packages:

local/calligra-extras 2.8.2-1 (calligra)
Calligra suite extras
local/calligra-filters 2.8.2-1 (calligra)
Filters for the Calligra office suite
local/calligra-flow 2.8.2-1 (calligra)

local/calligra-karbon 2.8.2-1 (calligra)
Create scalable vector drawings
local/calligra-libs 2.8.2-1 (calligra)
Libraries for the Calligra office suite
local/calligra-plugins 2.8.2-1 (calligra)
Plugins for the Calligra office suite

Additional info:

* config and/or log files etc.

I tried forcing the file extension (ex: test.jpg), even if the save popup seems to find the format ("Saving as a JPEG image may result in some loss of formatting") but still no luck.

Actually, forcing the extension to .odg does seem to work. The software is unable to select the proper extension based on the selected type.

I have this same, but it seems that it's not an upstream bug. This error occurs in every pacman distributions (I've checked Arch, Manjaro, KaOS, Chakra) but does not occurs in Kubuntu. This error occurs in any Calligra apps since 2.8.2 version in Arch (and derativates).
Now, bug is raported there: https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=334770
