Reason for closing:  Fixed
Additional comments about closing:  Should be fixed in gnome-menus 3.10.1-2. This version pulls some crash fixes from git that haven't made it in a release.

I am getting the same issue here on Gnome 3.12.2. It also happened one time when chromium was the only update.

Maybe this error I found on gnome-logs is useful:
gnome-shell[8904]: segfault at 108 ip 00007f456ccb6983 sp 00007fffe50f19e0 error 6 in libgnome-menu-3.so.0.0.1[7f456ccb0000+1a000]
