Description:
Well somewhere in the recent past an update of some sort has caused all usb devices that I plug into the system to be severely delayed in being recognized. For instance when booting up with a USB mouse attached the the system takes like 10 minutes to pick it up and start using. The touch pad works just not the USB mouse. Also when plugging a tablet/phone/or any other devices it takes 5 to 10 minutes to find it.

Additional info:
* package version(s)
* config and/or log files etc.

Steps to reproduce:

Just normal everyday use.

Allen@ nothing interesting in the log.

1) Try increase the kernel verbosity and see if additional interesting info appeared. http://stackoverflow.com/questions/4518420/where-does-output-of-print-in-kernel-go
2) Send a message to linux-usb maillist http://vger.kernel.org/vger-lists.html#linux-usb
