cegcc is hosted on sf.net, yet the packages get their tarballs from a third-party website, and those tarballs *are very much different* from upstream:

No, it is binary tarballs.

Actually I made this 3rd party tarball from vcs snapshot. May be I'll move it to ftp://ftp.archlinux.org/other/community/ while fixing other cegcc bugs.
