DetailsThere was a akonadi package a while ago built without soprano (so no virtuoso, etc.. dependency) but the one in extra right now adds it back.
I think we need a -2 build for the kde 4.13 package for akonadi without soprano? |

This way people can use baloomigrator (from nepomuk-core) to migrate their data. If we drop soprano support from Akonadi they can't use it.
If you really want to get rid of soprano you could put an 'akonadi-nosoprano' package on AUR and use that one on your system.
