Description: needs makedepend on gnome-shell, which provides org.gnome.ShellSearchProvider2.xml.

The package was built in a clean chroot. You didn't tell you were adding extra --enable flags to ./configure

Unchanged PKGBUILD, same as what is in svn/git:
./configure --prefix=/usr --sysconfdir=/etc --localstatedir=/var \
--libexecdir=/usr/lib/$pkgname --disable-static --with-nautilus-extension

Alternately, instead of depending on gnome-shell, --disable-search-provider can be configured and it won't look for the gnome-shell search provider.
