After last LO update clipboard protocol is broken: at my use case I copy with mouse some text in html page opened in firefox and insert it into LibreOffice Writer document with third mouse button (or using Ctrl-C/Ctrl-V). Almost all formatting is preserving (say, preformatted text, headers, and so on). After last LO update I get just raw text.

And - yes, I have tried with fresh ~/.config/libreoffice dir with the same result.

Please define what "last update" means. You upgraded LO from 4.1.x, 4.2.2 or 4.2.3-1?

Unfortunately I didn't use LibreOffice this way during few days, so it may be 4.2.2-5 -> 4.2.3-1 or 4.2.3-1 -> 4.2.3-2. I would downgrade to both previous versions to try (packages are still in cache), but I don't know how to downgrade a group of packages simultaneously.

OK, I have did it. The last working version is 4.2.2-5.

Must I supply some additional information? The thing is, with last icu update last working libreoffice doesn't start anymore. As a result I don't know how to workaround the problem.

Check if the upstream rpm based builds are also broken, if so check for known/file an upstream issue.

OK, have used VirtualBox to try LO on another Linux and, as a result, have filed upstream bug: https://bugs.freedesktop.org/show_bug.cgi?id=77669

According to the upstream report the feature has been moved to a different keyboard shortcut.

Can we close this one "not a bug"?

Sure, we can.

To my taste I would name it 'upstream bug' rather 'different keyboard' (as far as there is lost functionality) :)
