Description: Some users are having issues with Cinnamon starting due to the cogl update to 1.0 in [testing] (since GNOME 3.12 is now in [testing])

Yep, there's a TODO task to rebuild cinnamon among other packages due to cogl but it is failing at compilation time right now. Looking through

I fixed the package, but I'm testing a bit before putting it into the [community-testing] repository.
