When running Vidalia, there's the following message on the logs: "[Warning] OpenSSL version from headers does not match the version we're running with. If you get weird crashes, that might be why. (Compiled with 1000106f: OpenSSL 1.0.1f 6 Jan 2014; running with 1000107f: OpenSSL 1.0.1g 7 Apr 2014)." The issue seems to be the latest upgrade to OpenSSL 1.0.1g that fixes the Heartbleed vulnerability. All that seems to be needed to have Vidalia not complain is to recompile it against the new version of OpenSSL. Additional info: * Packages vidalia: 0.2.21-2 openssl: 1.0.1.g-1 Steps to reproduce: Start Vidalia and take a look at the logs. |
