Description:
Kernel oops at boot time. Sometimes the laptop is usable, but sometimes it causes the keyboard to become unresponsive.

Just to clarify: the bug never occurred in 3.13.5, but is still present in 3.13.8. The linked Bugzilla task contains the patch that should trickle down to Arch some day.

This problem appears to affect computers with a USB mouse attached, which includes most laptops where the trackpad is hooked to the USB subsys.

I should probably have filed this under Packages: core, too.
