Description: You might be able to remove the `rm -rf "$pkgdir"/etc/sysctl.d` from the PKGBUILD if you add "--with-sysctl=no" to the configure line.

Additional comments about closing:  in svn, but sysctl is actually needed in /usr/lib/sysctl.d so did not add configure key.
