DetailsSupport for CAcert certificates was recently dropped, but this official mirror is signed by one:

This task depends upon
kluisip.nl isn't listed in /etc/pacman.d/mirrorlist.
But it's in https://www.archlinux.org/mirrorlist/all/
I will do that asap.
