And what package does pacman say those files belong to? Please see https://wiki.archlinux.org/index.php/Pacman#Q:_I_get_an_error_when_updating:_.22file_exists_in_filesystem.22.21

Huh. I've been running Arch for a few years now, and that's the first time I've seen that wiki page. The files didn't belong to any package. I deleted them and was able to upgrade.
