Details stlink 1.0.0-1 packages /etc/udev/rules.d/49-stlinkv1.rules and /etc/udev/rules.d/49-stlinkv2.rules. These should be moved to /usr/lib/udev/rules.d as /etc is meant for site-local overrides only.
