rtl-sdr 20140207-1 packages the file /etc/udev/rules.d/rtl-sdr.rules. This should be moved to /usr/lib/udev/rules.d, and given a numeric prefix (as is the convention with udev rules).

with rtl-sdr 20140210-1 this files are both part of the package:
rtl-sdr /etc/udev/rules.d/rtl-sdr.rules
rtl-sdr /usr/lib/udev/rules.d/10-rtl-sdr.rules

This doesn't look right. Also both files have the same content.

The file in /etc shouldn't be part of the package.
