HW: Intel NUC DN2820FYK with ValleyView Gen7 SOC

It's likely related to the Intel ValleyView Gen7 SOC; it worked with libva 1.2.x.

Steps to reproduce:
start xbmc (gui works fine)
start video playback (display turns blank)

Please report your issue upstream, whether libva or xbmc. There is no bug in the package.
