Description:

systemd-udevd[146]: error opening ATTR{/sys/devices/pci0000:00/0000:00:1a.1/usb4/4-1/4-1:1.0/power/control} for writing: No such file or directory

this is as /sys/devices/pci0000:00/0000:00:1a.1/usb4/4-1/4-1:1.0/power/ does not contain control.
Directory containing control is: /sys/devices/pci0000:00/0000:00:1a.1/usb4/4-1/power/
