Description:
It seems udpxy's starting cmdline is wrong.
Type is 'forking' while '-T' parameter tells udpxy not to fork.
So if one issues command `systemctl start udpxy` it hangs and stays on terminal.
As I suppose there should not be a '-T' parameter (or should be a 'Simple' service type?).
