Details

Description:
upgrading cuda from 6.6.26_rc-2 to -3 using pacman fails with a warning about two files already being in the FS:
/usr/share/applications/nvvp.desktop and nsight.desktop
running pkgfile on said files reveals they're owned by cuda itself and no other packages.

Workaround:
uninstall cuda, delete the two files, install cuda

Reason for closing:  Works for me
Additional comments about closing:  I didn't get that problem when upgrading my own cuda package on another machine. Also, this is easy to fix without implicit problems if it truly happens for a user using pacman -Syf cuda.
