Description:
The folder with the source no longer exists (http://ftp.gnu.org/gnu/gnu-arch/)

The website seems to be (http://www.gnu.org/software/gnu-arch/) but that doesn't link to any working download.

The website is fixed in trunk, but the source issue is still valid.
