DetailsDescription: fish does not depend on any python version. python should be optional and fish is compatible with python3. Also fish depends explicitely on bc.

Turns out, ncurses is only a build dep.
FS#35458, it also needs hostname fro inetutils package. I've added bc to depends array and moved python to optdeps. Closing.
