Took me some time to figure out why CGI scripts/executables did not work: Apache is missing mod_cgi. Please add --enable-cgi to the configure options. (FastCGI with mod_fastcgi works perfectly though.) Additional info: apache 2.4.7-1 |

The change is in repository. It is queued for 2.4.7-2 that should be released in a few days.
