Description:
D-Bus global shortcuts do not work in KDE. The reason is that qdbus is called instead of qdbus-qt4.

Steps to reproduce:
1) Open System Settings/Shortcuts and Gestures/Custom Shortcuts.
2) Right click/New/Global Shortcut/D-Bus command
3) Go to the Action tab and click on Launch D-Bus Browser
4) Nothing happens. In a terminal the following message is displayed: "qdbusviewer: could not exec '/usr/lib/qt/bin/qdbusviewer': No such file or directory"
Note, the same problem happens if you fill in the information in the tab and then click on Call: "qdbus: could not exec '/usr/lib/qt/bin/qdbus': No such file or directory".
