Description: It would probably be beneficial to patch in this commit already in upstream, at least until the next systemd version comes out, as it resolves a problem (such as when using devtools for chroot package building) that gives the error:
Failed to read /proc/self/loginuid: No such file or directory

Verified after patching this and rebuilding on 210-2 that the issue goes away.
