Could you refer src/docker/hack/make/ubuntu for providing docker default configuration, to add /etc/default/docker or naming in Arch's common style. That will let me setup http_proxy easier. There are parameters like DOCKER, DOCKER_OPTS (and http_proxy is a hack).
Arch uses systemd and this config have to be done inside .service file. So if you want add a custom http_proxy, use Environment= option and a drop-in.d or override the service file.
