tor.service fails to launch tor.

Steps to reproduce:
install tor, type systemctl start tor

Reason for closing:  Not a bug
Additional comments about closing:  This is not a bug. You have modified the tor configuration from the default by adding a `User` line. This is incorrect, because the service file is already running it as non-root.

It still works fine for me. Do you have the default configuration file? It's not clear what is broken and why a different unit would work.
