Missed L2TP plugins in package: pppol2tp.so and openl2tp.so (needed for xl2tpd)

xl2tpd[462]: /usr/sbin/pppd: /usr/lib/pppd/2.4.6/pppol2tp.so: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory

The next person who writes broken Makefiles will be visited by a professional assassin. Long story: All Makefiles in ppp are inconsistent, use different variables and are next to impossible to packaging. If there is an error, the process is not aborted, but silently continues.

Short story: I fixed it. Please test ppp 2.4.6-2 from testing.
