When trying to connect it says
/usr/sbin/pppd: Plugin /usr/lib/rp-pppoe/rp-pppoe.so is for pppd version 2.4.5, this is 2.4.6

It's an orphan, assigning it to both the last packager and to ppp's maintainer.
