Description:

Apparently thunar requires gnome-keyring in order to permanently store passphrases of remote filesystem locations. Does it make sense to add gnome-keyring as an optional dependency of the thunar package?

It isn't thunar who's prompting you, it's gvfs, which thunar relies on for this functionality.

Thanks for clarifying. In that case it is probably best to just have a note in the Wiki [1].

Or what do you think? Does gvfs have gnome-keyring as an optional dependency?
