In lxc 1:1.0.0-1 there's not lxc-device python script (https://github.com/lxc/lxc/blob/master/src/lxc/lxc-device) though it should be present in 1.0: https://www.stgraber.org/2013/12/21/lxc-1-0-your-second-container/
