Details

There are some dependency cycles with the new libtirpc 0.2.4-1.

libtirpc -> krb5 -> e2fsprogs -> util-linux -> pam -> libtirpc
libtirpc -> krb5 -> e2fsprogs -> util-linux -> shadow -> pam -> libtirpc
libtirpc -> krb5 -> e2fsprogs -> util-linux -> coreutils -> pam -> libtirpc

This causes an issue when installing a new arch system with testing enabled.

Confirm issue in new install (Normal, not testing).
Started somewhere between 02/28/14 - 03/05/14

Following the installation guide instead of executing "pacstrap -i /mnt base" a modified "pacstrap -i /mnt e2fsprogs base" changes the order of packages. As a result coreutils is installed before util-linux and no "command not found" error is thrown.

Can e2fsprogs depend on the new libutil-linux instead of util-linux to solve this issue?
