DetailsDescription:
VCDIMAGER v 0.7.24-5 After installing Devede DVD creator, it errored out with a message saying VCDIMAGER was not installed. I checked and saw that it was installed, but reinstalled it again. Devede still reported VCDIMAGER as not installed. It runs a check using "vcdimger --help" The output from this command is: vcdimager: error while loading shared libraries: libiso9660.so.9: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory If you run the command vcdimager by itself you get the same error message. I checked the installation and the path and everything was in order, the missing lib is keeping it from running. Since I don't often create VCDs I remarked the reference out of DeVeDe and ran it, and it seems to be running ok preparing a DVD. There is no way to install the lib from either Arch or AUR. VCDImager installs just fine, but can't run. Additional info: * package version(s) 0.7.24-5 * config and/or log files etc. None Steps to reproduce: Install VCDIMAGER and type VCDIMAGER --help I am running a XEON quad core processor on an Intel Motherboard, I have not tried this on another system. DeVeDe did work on my last Linux installation, which was PCLinuxOS, and also worked on Mint. Problem was, none of my OTHER video editors worked on those, but they work just fine on Arch. |

Please cancel this...updating libcdio and a cuple other files resolved the issue. Sorry for the inconvenience.
