Isn't that only for the designer API? What do you need this for? Which software fails without this?

There are several games that require both, the libfmodex and libfmodevent. Alternatively, if you don't want to include the else unrequired lib, I could just make a dedicated lib package. That would also save the user from having to install all the binaries just to get some libs.

I don't see why any game would need the designer API. Please provide more details. Which programs does it fail on?

For example Strike Suite Zero comes with a copy of the libs. But for me it fails to start. So I thought an up-to-date version might help. Google said there are several games that come with a copy of those libs.

Got it working withouot native libs. Guess this can be closed then.
