/usr/lib/tmpfiles.d/inn.conf creates /run/inn on bootup. What you're asking for here is to call 'systemd-tmpfiles --create inn.conf' on post_install/post_upgrade.

I've fixed it in svn, did not rebuild package because of inn fails on missing directory only 1st time after installation, but not on each reboot.
