The package man-db 2.6.6-1 needs man-db to be useful. Or is this behaviour intended?

All the localized man-pages (man-pages-de, man-pages-cs, man-pages-zh_cn...) have man-db as dependency.

Steps to reproduce:
Install man-pages without having man-db installed.
Try to read a man page.

Both man-db and man-pages are packages in {base} group and in most cases there is no need to be specified.
Running an Arch Linux installation without complete {base} group, is your responsibility in know what are you doing.
