Description:
Log is complaining about failing to get host power management capabilities.
libvirtd[699]: Cannot find 'pm-is-supported' in path: No such file or directory
libvirtd[699]: Failed to get host power management capabilities

Installing pm-utils allows probing the power management features of the host and removes these logs.
