Install poedit, if you have old(from previous poedit version) translation memory version you'll get error.

Problem: poedit thinks that file "poedit-dump-legacy-tm" is in "/usr/libexec/", but archlinux puts that file in "/usr/lib/poedit/"(to libexec dir, "./configure --prefix=/usr --libexecdir=/usr/lib/poedit")

Workaround: i simply created symlink and solved that problem, but it's not a solution:)
Symlink: ln -s /usr/lib/poedit/poedit-dump-legacy-tm /usr/libexec/poedit-dump-legacy-tm

If you mess with the installation paths, you need to patch GetDumpToolPath() in tm_migrate.cpp.

Not sure why you do it in the first place, though: the libexec location conforms to FHS and is the correct thing to do.
