Please add version editbox to mark package out of date page.

- It would be good if user can enter exact latest stable version when he marks package out-of-date.

- Website software can check this version and warn user again that he should mark package only when it really out of date if entered version is equal to current package version. This should reduce number of false marks.

Additional comments about closing:  A maintainer can check the latest version easily when it's flagged out of date.

Also "flag out-of-date again" link should be useful to update latest version if package marked out of date for a long time.
