Details

Description:
Since 6.0, the directories in Sage have been rearranged, so the logs and source tarballs are not removed anymore. The line
rm -rf spkg/{base,build,logs,standarts}
should be replaced with
rm -r {logs,tmp,upstream}

The /opt/sage/build directory can't be removed, this breaks launching Sage. This is not the same as the DOT_SAGE directory, which is in $srcdir/build (and not copied to $pkgdir)

It was fixed in 6.1-3 according to  FS#38784
