Details

the labplot package provides two .desktop files in /opt/kde/share/applnk/Applications/, labplot.desktop and LabPlot.desktop. They have slightly different catagories, so this results in two entries in the xfce desktop menu (and probably the kde and gnome menus too). One of them should probably be removed.

i will inform the author about that... thanx for finding this out... in fact, in kde there is only one entry - no idea why...
