Description:

After upgrading to 24.3-6 the Emacs icon does not show up in GNOME Shell, even while /usr/share/applications/emacs.desktop exist and seems valid.

Additional info:
* emacs-24.3-6


Steps to reproduce:
* Upgrade emacs to 24.3-6
* Search for emacs in the shell
* No emacs icon shows up
