Description:
When scanning in a position with a lot of APs, iwlwifi sometimes bails with Jan 23 14:06:30 host wicd[326]: wlp2s0 Failed to read scan data : Argument list too long Additional info: * package version(s) * config and/or log files etc. linux version 3.12.8-1 Steps to reproduce: Go somewhere with a lot of AP. Wake the laptop up from sleep (seems to trigger it sometimes), try to scan for networks. None apprear Workarounds: Cycle the RF-Kill switch. If that doesn't work, reload the driver. |

This is a bug in wireless_tools which has been solved upstream in
30pre9. Maybe we should update it, as we won't be seeing new
stable releases anytime soon. Debian packaged pre9 in 2009...

I can reproduce this bug with 3.13.8 and 30.pre9-1.
Please report it upstream.
