Description:
telepathy-mission-control introduced systemd inhibitor in 5.16.0 but is not properly handled (https://bugs.freedesktop.org/show_bug.cgi?id=73599), causing a 5-second delay in shutdown with softwares that takes advantages of it (like gnome-shell). The patch provided (https://bugs.freedesktop.org/attachment.cgi?id=92573) now solves the problem. Reverting back to telepathy-mission-control 5.14.1-1 also helps.

Additional info:
* package version(s)
telepathy-mission-control 5.16.0-1
* config and/or log files etc.

Yeah, the patch will surely be included in the next version. I think you can choose whether or not to fix since this problem seems only to slightly affect user experience. Actually I built a package with the patch myself.
