Description:
It is impossible to build local version of qwt when it is already installed system-wide
http://sourceforge.net/p/qwt/bugs/150/
According to developers qwt should be installed in its own directory in /usr/lib/ , this will resolve the problem.
The problem seems to be imortant for packages like zygrib from AUR, which builds against own copy of qwt. It can not besolved also by specifying of different INSTALL_PATH during build of locl qwt copy.

Additional info:
* 6.1.0-1
* config and/or log files etc.

Steps to reproduce:
Try to build local copy of qwt. Observe qmake error
Project ERROR: local build will conflict with /usr/lib/libqwt.*
