DetailsArchlinux seems loosing is stability using current and extra tree (not unstable or testing!).
I found two examples: 1) gnomemeeting: latest stable version is 1.2.2 but arch have 1.2.3. I'm not able to find this version on http://www.gnomemeeting.org/ 2) wpa_supplicant: latest stable version is 0.4.7 but arch have 0.5.0 that, according to http://hostap.epitest.fi/wpa_supplicant/, is the latest development release Why there are unstable pakages in official tree? |
